If you’ve checked out our blogs on how to select a physical therapist, chiropractor, nutritionist, massage therapist, or strength coach, you know it takes some careful thought and consideration before scheduling that first appointment.

With everything else going on  – training, life, relationships – we know it’s hard to sit down and devote extra time to sorting out which provider to check out first. To make it just a bit easier, we’ve designed the below worksheet to help organize your thoughts. Do this on the train, in front of your favorite TV show, or while dinner is cooking.

At GritLink, we’re all about making access to care understandable and easy.

Pick 3 injury prevention tips from our GritLink blogs to begin implementing today.
