Bio & Description

Born and raised in the Seattle area, attended undergraduate at Colorado State University, obtained my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University, completed orthopedic residency and fellowship training through the Ola Grimsby, pelvic floor training through the American Physical Therapy Association. Passionate about empowering humans of all levels to be the strongest, most athletic verion of themselves possible and meet lofty, gritty goals.

Area of Expertise (Sports and Body Areas)

Running (all distances), powerlifting and olympic weightlifting, crossfit and HIIT, wilderness hiking, whitewater sports, pregnant athletes, postpartum athletes.

Background and Personal Athletic Experience

Marathon and ultramarathon runner, powerlifter and former olympic lifter, wilderness whitewater rafter and canoeist. Blessed to be able to hike and backpack in the beautiful PNW.
