Bio & Description

Specializing in Sports Nutrition and Weight Management, I’m here to assist people to reach their goals. Whether you want to decrease body fat, enhance performance, optimize recovery, or build better eating patterns and habits. I will provide you with the tools you need to succeed. I work with pediatrics, adults, and the entire family, so everyone can benefit from a sustainable, lifelong nutrition plan.

Background and Personal Athletic Experience

I’m an avid trail and road runner. I used to be the Nutrition columnist for UltraRunning Magazine. I also love all things water and am on a Master’s swim team. I’m the Nutrition columnist for Swimmer Magazine. Scuba diving is a passion and my travels take me around the world to go diving. I also enjoy hot yoga for mind/body balance.

My clients learn how to plan and prepare well-balanced meals and snacks for proper fueling, eat the right foods when dining out and traveling, and enjoy proper portion sizes through customized nutrition plans. Work with me in-person or virtually via Video Conferencing and/or phone.

You may already know what to do, and you’re just not doing it. This is where I provide guidance, support, accountability, and empowerment. I work with my clients’ existing patterns and habits by tweaking them so that they establish new ones that are conducive towards reaching their goals.
