Massage Therapy to Keep You Rolling
Bio & Description
We use our bodies as vehicles to accomplish hundreds of tasks and activities everyday. From Alpine Skiing to Zen Yoga, our bodies are constantly working to keep us in a state of balance, whether we realize it or not. Massage Therapy is not only a great way to relax and unwind but it can also reduce pain, improve sleep, increase range of motion, reduce muscle tension & inflammation as well as boost cardiovascular health.
However, one of the biggest obstacles to any self care routine is TIME. Let me help reduce or eliminate that problem by COMING TO YOU! Whether we are at your home, office, athletic event or the trailhead parking lot, my goal is to ensure you receive the best care possible in order for you to continue rolling down a healthy and happy path.
Area of Expertise (Sports and Body Areas)
The majority of my clientele are weekend warriors up to professional athletes seeking recovery and maintenance massage for cycling, rugby, martial arts, triathlons, skiing and weight lifting. I also provide treatment work for athletes and non-athletes after injury, surgery and motor vehicle accidents.
Background and Personal Athletic Experience
As a country girl from Colorado, I grew up working and playing outside. I learned how to ski and play soccer at the age of 3 then added basketball and volleyball to the lineup during my school-aged years. Since college, I have continued to ski but have added snowshoeing, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, mountain biking and I occasionally enjoy falling out of a perfectly good airplane. Having lived in Germany for three years, I now consider traveling an extreme sport since I was able to experience new places and cultures via the plethora of outdoor activities available across Europe.
